Instructions:

The construction enterprises who have raw space more than 36sqm can participate in China Cycle 2020 Best Booth Selection.

Requirements:

 Innovative: Booth design should be unique and novel.

 Culture: The booth design shows the culture of the exhibitor and fully displays the characteristic of brand and products.

 Environmental-friendly: Use environmental-friendly and recyclable materials.

 Safe: The Booth design and construction must be compliance with the safety requirements.

Appreciative: The appearance of booth is elegant and eye-catching.

How to Participate:

Registration time:  January, 2020- April, 2020.

Application:  Click on the "Best Booth Selection Form" icon, (Please click on Best Booth Selection Form), fill out the "CHINA CYCLE 2020 Best Booth Selection Application Form", and then sent to: longtao@e-chinacycle.com

The material submission date: January 6, 2020 - April 10, 2020.

Process:

Step 1

Preliminary appraisal: April, 2020

According to the design information provided by enterprise, the reviewers will select the list of finalists.

Step 2

May 6, 2019--May 9, 2020

The reviewers will visit the booths of finalists’, and assess the booth construct during show period.

Step 3

The final results will be announced by the guests of honor on the ceremony in CHINA CYCLE 2020. The design drawings of best booth award will be published in the official website and Exhibition News as well as other cooperative media.

Awards:

20 awards will be selected and given medals and certificates, including 5 Gold Award.

Information provide by participants must be real.

For all design drawings and photos about Best Booth Award, organizing committee of China Cycle Show have the right to use it in publications, exhibitions, and related publicity.

The extent allowed by law, the organizing committee of China Cycle has the final power of interpretation of this activity.
